Conor has over 20 years’ experience in the manufacturing industry, with the last seven years working in technology development and new product introduction for Stryker in their state of the art Additive Manufacturing Centre of Excellence in Cork, Ireland. In that time he has worked across Stryker’s metal and polymer portfolio of products for their multiple divisions.

Conor works in the Stryker Advanced Operations group, where he is responsible for taking design concepts from product development teams and transforming them into commercially viable products. He has led teams that have brought multiple 3D printed Orthopedic and Spine implants to market. In 2022, Conor relocated to Brisbane to head up the Advanced Manufacturing Research pillar in the newly established Stryker R&D lab. In this role he is focused on Additive research projects at the point of care, in collaboration with university and health service partners.
